The upper level lobby and reception desk greet users and visitors while displaying various athletic memorabilia from the past. The large conference room may be used for recruiting needs or staff meetings. This level also houses a video production/editing room, a staff kitchenette and the men's and women's locker rooms. Offices for the head coach of softball, soccer, golf and football as well as the assistant coach for football and soccer are located on this level.

The lower level has a 26-station computer lab with printer for student athletes. Another useful resource is a large meeting room equipped with portable dividers for transforming the room into four classrooms or meeting areas. Here you will find the men's and women's rest rooms that will be utilized by the visiting side fans at home football games.

Along with the new building construction, a women's locker room in the existing building was completed. Landscaping was added to make the new facility a state of the art building that puts UW-Whitewater at the top of Division III athletic facilities.
